Terms of Service

These terms set out the rules for browsing our store, placing made-to-order print jobs, and receiving your products. By using SmartLabel Prints you agree to them.

Last updated: 30 June 2026

1. Who we are

SmartLabel Prints ("SmartLabel", "we", "us") is a made-to-order printing business based in Cairo, Egypt. We produce custom stickers, clothing labels, and desk signs and deliver them across Egypt.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and SmartLabel. If you are placing an order on behalf of a company, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these Terms for that company.

2. Accounts

You can browse the catalogue without an account, but placing and tracking orders requires one. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for any activity that happens under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.

3. Orders and order acceptance

Adding items to your cart and submitting an order is an offer to buy. A contract is only formed once we confirm the order and, for custom work, once you approve the proof (see below). We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is mispriced, out of stock, or the artwork breaches these Terms — and will refund any amount already paid for it.

4. Custom artwork and your content

Many of our products are personalised with artwork, text, or images you supply or create in our browser designer ("Your Content"). You confirm that:

  • You own Your Content or have permission to use and reproduce it.
  • Your Content does not infringe anyone’s copyright, trademark, or other rights.
  • Your Content is not unlawful, hateful, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.

You keep all ownership of Your Content. You grant us a limited licence to store, reproduce, and print it solely to fulfil your order. We may refuse to print anything we reasonably believe breaches these Terms.

5. Proofs and approval

For custom orders we prepare a digital proof for you to review. Production only begins after you approve the proof. Please check spelling, colours, dimensions, and layout carefully — once you approve, the proof is what we print. Screen colours are approximate and may differ slightly from the final printed result.

6. Pricing and payment

Prices are shown in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) and include VAT unless stated otherwise. Shipping is calculated at checkout. We may update prices at any time, but changes do not affect orders we have already confirmed. Payment is due at the time of order, using the methods offered at checkout (including cash on delivery where available).

7. Shipping and delivery

We ship across Egypt through our delivery partners. Delivery estimates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed, as production time for custom items and courier schedules can vary. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery. Please make sure your shipping address and contact number are correct — we are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect details.

8. Returns and refunds

Because most items are made to order from your approved artwork, they cannot be returned simply because you changed your mind. You are still entitled to a replacement or refund if:

  • The product is faulty or damaged on arrival.
  • The product materially differs from the proof you approved.
  • We sent the wrong item.

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number and we will make it right.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site — including attempting to disrupt it, access it without authorisation, scrape it at scale, or use it to place fraudulent orders. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these Terms.

10. Our intellectual property

The SmartLabel name, logo, site design, and content (other than Your Content) belong to us and are protected by law. You may not copy or reuse them without our written permission.

11. Liability

We provide the site and products with reasonable care and skill. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Egyptian law.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force is the one published on this page, with the "last updated" date above. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and the courts of Cairo have jurisdiction over any dispute.
